Upon arrival, you may stop right in front of the building, where there is a marked driveway. Temporary stopping is allowed for loading or unloading luggage.
We kindly ask you to move your vehicle to a proper parking area once you’ve finished unloading.

Cancellation Policy
The charge will be made 7 days before arrival. If you cancel before this date, no fee will be charged. After that, the payment will be non-refundable.

Notes
👶 Policy for babies and children
Children up to 2 years old stay for free (maximum 2 per booking) and are not counted as guests for capacity purposes. A free cot is available upon request (subject to availability). From the age of 2, children count as an additional guest in the total occupancy.
🚫 Occupancy conditions
Exceeding the number of people indicated in the booking is not allowed, even if the apartment’s maximum capacity is not surpassed. Any excess will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
