General Terms and Conditions for Booking and Stay

These terms govern the booking and use of the tourist accommodations at Apartaments Eliette.

🍽️1. Number of guests and child policy

The maximum capacity is 4 people per apartment.
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge (maximum of 1 per apartment) and do not count as guests for occupancy purposes. From the age of 2, children count as one guest.
Exceeding the number of guests specified in the booking is not allowed, even if the legal maximum is not surpassed. Any excess will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

🗓️2. Booking and confirmation

Reservations are considered confirmed once they have been correctly processed according to the selected payment method.

Payment will be made according to the conditions of the selected payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

We reserve the right to refuse reservations for justified reasons, refunding the amount if applicable.

💰3. Price and payment

The price of the stay includes applicable taxes and fees. The displayed price corresponds to the final amount of the reservation.

No payment is made at the time of booking. The total amount of the stay will be charged 7 days before the arrival date according to the selected payment method.

If the reservation is made by credit card, the payment will be processed automatically on the indicated date. If bank transfer has been selected, the payment instructions and a reminder will be sent to complete the payment.

For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, payment will be requested at the time of booking.

❌4. Cancellations

Up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund.
Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
In case of no-show: no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel the stay due to force majeure with full reimbursement.

🔐5. Deposit

No prior deposit or bond is required. However, the guest will be held liable for any damage caused during the stay.

🕑6. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 12:00 h
Check-out: until 12:00 h

Access to the apartment is via self check-in, so you can arrive at any time from the official check-in time on the day of arrival, once you have received the access instructions.

If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to enter the building and the apartment while respecting the rest of other guests and neighbours.

🏠7. House rules and use

Guests must respect the property, the building’s peace, and internal rules:
• No smoking indoors
• No pets allowed
• Avoid excessive noise
• No parties or events allowed

🛠️8. Liability

We are not responsible for personal damages or losses not attributable to us. The guest is liable for any damage caused. Lost keys will incur an additional fee.

⚖️9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Spain.
