These terms govern the booking and use of the tourist accommodations at Apartaments Eliette.
The maximum capacity is 4 people per apartment.
Children up to 2 years old stay free (maximum of 2 per booking) and are not counted as guests for capacity purposes. From 2 years old onward, they count as adults.
Exceeding the number of guests specified in the booking is not allowed, even if the legal maximum is not surpassed. Any excess will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Reservations are considered confirmed once they have been correctly processed according to the selected payment method.
Payment will be made according to the conditions of the selected payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
We reserve the right to refuse reservations for justified reasons, refunding the amount if applicable.
The price includes utilities (water, electricity, and gas) for stays up to 30 nights.
Payment must be made in full by card, PayPal, or bank transfer at the time of booking.
Up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund.
Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
In case of no-show: no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel the stay due to force majeure with full reimbursement.
No prior deposit or bond is required. However, the guest will be held liable for any damage caused during the stay.
Check-in: from 12:00 h
Check-out: until 12:00 h
Access to the apartment is via self check-in, so you can arrive at any time from the official check-in time on the day of arrival, once you have received the access instructions.
If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to enter the building and the apartment while respecting the rest of other guests and neighbours.
Guests must respect the property, the building’s peace, and internal rules:
• No smoking indoors
• No pets allowed
• Avoid excessive noise
• No parties or events allowed
We are not responsible for personal damages or losses not attributable to us. The guest is liable for any damage caused. Lost keys will incur an additional fee.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Spain.
