Everything you need to know about your reservation, stay, and apartment rules

Apartaments Eliette, owned by Roser Puig Vaqué (Plaza Galceran de Pinós, 25, 08695 Bagà, Barcelona), manages Eliette 2, 3, and 4 accommodations with the appropriate tourist licenses.

The USER is the person making the reservation and using the accommodation.

1. Reservation and confirmation

Reservations are subject to availability. Apartaments Eliette reserves the right to refuse bookings, refunding the amount paid. The reservation is confirmed upon full payment and sending of confirmation by email.

2. Price and payment

The price includes water, electricity, and gas charges for stays up to 30 nights.

Payment must be made in full at booking via card, PayPal (3% fee), or bank transfer (with proof and fees borne by the user).

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation up to 14 days before: full refund.

• Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Apartaments Eliette may cancel due to force majeure, refunding 100%.

4. Deposit

A deposit may be requested to cover damages or excessive dirtiness. It will be returned within 72 hours after departure, unless incidents occur.

5. Occupancy and use

Maximum capacity: 4 people (including children). It is not allowed to exceed the number of guests booked, nor to hold parties or events.
Any breach of this point may lead to the immediate cancellation of the stay and the loss of the amount paid.

6. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 14:00 to 21:00. Check-out before 12:00. Late arrivals after 21:00 must be agreed in advance.

7. Condition and behavior

The USER must care for the accommodation and is responsible for any damages caused. Quiet and house rules (no smoking indoors, no pets, no noise) must be respected.

8. Liability

Apartaments Eliette is not liable for personal damages or losses not caused by it. Breakdowns will be fixed after notice.

Lost keys will be charged.

9. Termination and jurisdiction

Early termination without fault does not grant a refund.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
