Access to the apartment is self check-in. A few days before your arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions and, the day before, you will receive the code to collect the keys from the secure key box located in the building. If you have any questions before or during your stay, we will be happy to help.

Standard check-out is by 12:00 pm. If you need to leave later, please let us know in advance. Whenever possible, we may be able to offer a late check-out for an additional fee.

Yes. Babies under 2 years old stay free of charge (maximum 1 per apartment) and are not counted as guests for occupancy purposes. From the age of 2, children count as an additional guest towards total occupancy.

Yes, we offer a cot for an additional fee. You can request it as an extra during the booking process, where you can check the price. If you need one, we recommend requesting it in advance, as it is subject to availability.

No. Pets are not allowed, without exception.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terrace.

The booking is valid only for the number of people indicated. If you wish to add a guest, you must inform us before arrival and the corresponding supplement will apply. If the indicated number of people is exceeded without prior authorisation, the stay will be cancelled without the right to a refund.
