Check-in is available from 12:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.

Access to the apartment is completely self-check-in. A few days before your arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions, and the day before your arrival you will receive the code to collect the keys from the secure key box located in the building. If you have any questions before or during your stay, we will be happy to help.

Standard check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you need to leave later, please let us know in advance. Whenever possible, we can offer a late check-out for an additional fee.

Yes. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and essential cooking utensils.

The apartment includes a Nespresso-compatible capsule coffee machine as well as a traditional Italian moka pot.

Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

No. The apartment is provided clean and fully prepared with bed linen and towels. Daily cleaning service is not included.

Yes. Babies under 2 years old stay free of charge (maximum 1 per apartment) and do not count towards the maximum occupancy. Children aged 2 and over are counted as one guest for occupancy purposes.

Yes. We offer baby cots for an additional fee. You can request one as an extra during the booking process, where you will also see the price. We recommend requesting it in advance, as it is subject to availability.

No. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. It is only allowed on the outdoor terrace.

The reservation is only valid for the number of guests specified. If you wish to add an extra guest, you must notify us before arrival and the corresponding additional fee will apply. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation without prior authorization, the stay will be cancelled without refund.
