🕓 What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out are both at 12:00 noon.

🔑 How do I access the apartment?

Normally we meet you in person. If not possible, we’ll provide instructions for a coded key box.

🚗 Is there parking available?

Yes, free and easy street parking is available near the building.

👶 Are babies and children welcome?

Yes. Up to 2 babies (0–2 years) per booking stay for free and are not counted as guests. From 2 years old, children count as guests.

🛏️ Is a baby cot available?

Yes, we offer a baby cot free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.

☕ What kind of coffee machine is provided?

Each apartment has a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso-style) and a traditional Italian moka pot.

⏰ Can I check out later than 12:00?

If you’d like to check out after 12:00, please let us know in advance. If possible, we’ll allow it at an extra cost. Otherwise, the standard check-out time must be respected.

🧹 Is there cleaning service during the stay?

No daily cleaning is provided. The apartment is delivered clean and ready, with sheets and towels.

🐾 Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed, without exceptions.

🚭 Can I smoke inside the apartment?

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terrace.

🍳 Is the kitchen equipped?

Yes. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave, and basic utensils.

📶 Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

👥 What happens if the number of guests exceeds the reservation?

The booking is valid only for the number of guests listed. If you want to add someone, you must inform us before arrival. If accepted, a supplement will be charged. If not communicated, the stay will be cancelled without refund.
